By using elev8researchlabs.com (the “Site”) or purchasing from Elev8 Research Labs (“Elev8”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase from us.
1. Research use only
All products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, medical devices or dietary supplements, and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products must not be administered to humans or animals in any form, introduced into the body, or used for diagnostic, therapeutic or cosmetic purposes.
Statements on the Site describe how compounds are studied in laboratory research. They are not claims about any effect in humans or animals and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease. We do not provide dosing, administration or medical guidance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a qualified research institution, to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements, that you have the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely, and that you will use the products lawfully. We may cancel any order, or refuse service to anyone, if we believe these terms have been or will be breached, including where an order or communication suggests human or animal use.
3. Buyer responsibility
You accept full responsibility for the safe receipt, handling, storage, use and disposal of the products, and for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elev8, its owners, employees and partners from any claim, loss or liability arising from your misuse of the products or breach of these terms.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
Payments are processed by JVZoo, which acts as the retailer for products on this Site. Your statement will show JVZoo*Elev8. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price charged is the one shown at checkout. Bundles and subscriptions are purchased as a single order. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled.
5. Shipping
Orders ship from the USA, typically within 5–7 business days, with tracked delivery. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.
6. Returns and refunds
Because these are research materials, opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or does not arrive, contact support@elev8researchlabs.com with your order number and photos where relevant. Approved refunds are issued through JVZoo to the original payment method and apply only to the order concerned.
7. Product information
We aim to describe products and their documentation accurately. Certificates of analysis relate to the batch identified on them. Product images are for illustration.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, products are supplied “as is” for research purposes, without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
