This policy explains what personal information Elev8 Research Labs (“we”, “us”) collects through elev8researchlabs.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

- Order information. When you buy, our payment processor JVZoo collects your name, email, billing and shipping address and payment details. JVZoo sends us your name, email and shipping address so we can fulfil your order. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Communications. If you email us, we keep the message and your email address so we can respond.
- Site usage. Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working, to remember that you have passed the research acknowledgement for your visit, and to record how you arrived at the site (for example, the referring page or campaign).
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including sending shipping and tracking emails.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds or issues.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring visitors to the site.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the store: JVZoo (payment processing), our fulfilment and shipping partners and carriers (to deliver your order), and our hosting provider. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the site may then not work as intended.
Age
This site is intended only for researchers aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
